Anxiety Toolbox Workshop

Anxiety Toolbox Workshop: a 4-week interactive workshop to learn and practice a variety of strategies to help navigate anxiety. The workshop gives you tools for your toolbox that you can start to use right away to begin relaxing and redirect anxiety more effectively.

St. Paul Campus: An initial consultation appointment with a counselor is required for undergraduate or graduate students on the St. Paul campus.

Undergraduate Level (Series 1)
Thursdays: 12:00-1:00 pm • October 10, 17, 24 and 31

Undergraduate Level (Series 2)
Thursdays: 12:00-1:00 pm • November 7, 14, 21, December 5

Minneapolis workshops for graduate students, no initial consultation appointment is required.

Graduate Level (Series 1)

Graduate Level (Series 2)
Thursdays: 3:00-4:00 pm • October 24, 31, November 7, 14
