The Office of Study Abroad and the University’s Travel Risk Advisory Committee continually assess risk associated with local and global health, safety, and security for all University-approved study abroad programs. St. Thomas consults with local, national and international organizations during their review and ensures that all programs meet Forum on Education Abroad guidelines. If the University cancels a St. Thomas faculty-led program due to the risk of COVID-19 or for any other reason prior to departure, students will be contacted and refunded any St. Thomas tuition and fees associated with that program. Students studying on Other Approved Programs should consult the cancellation policy associated with their program.
