Mental Wellbeing

The Mental Wellbeing Team hosts a number of events related to positive ways to reduce stress. In partnership with the Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation, weekly meditations take place either in the Wellness Center or the Anderson Student Center. Furthermore, massage therapist Stacy Dunn comes to the Wellness Center multiple times a semester to offer classes on partner massages, aromatherapy, reflexology, and hot stone massages. The Mental WellBeing Team also partners with STAR for relaxation nights and other events.
