Contemporary A Cappella in the Secondary Classroom: A Curriculum Manual

This project serves as a manual for secondary level music teachers who wish to create a contemporary a cappella program. The history of contemporary a cappella is given along with a guide to each aspect of the contemporary a cappella process as it is typically achieved in current practice. This manual offers approaches to incorporate student leadership within the contemporary a cappella format and concludes with implications for music education and student growth.
