2018 O Wondrous Night

The University of St. Thomas presented its 30th annual Christmas concert at Orchestra Hall on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018.

The performance, with a program of choral and instrumental music for the  Christmas season, featured over 350 student performers in nine of the university’s ensembles. Performing in the concert were the Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Festival Choir, Liturgical Choir, Donne Unite, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, String Orchestra, Brass Ensemble and Guitar Ensemble.

2017 So Bright the Star

Recorded at Orchestra Hall on Dec. 3, 2017, the 30th University of St. Thomas Christmas concert So Bright the Star featured over 350 student performers in nine of the university’s ensembles: Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Festival Choir, Liturgical Choir, Donne Unite, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, String Orchestra, Brass Ensemble and Guitar Ensemble.

Twin Cities Public Television will broadcast the concert as a one-hour special, “A St. Thomas Christmas: So Bright the Star 2017.”

8 a.m. on December 25, 2018

It will be aired on PBS ‌during the holiday season. The broadcast is made possible by a generous gift from Mary Agnes and Al McQuinn.
