My passion has always been higher education — educating students to be critical thinkers and empowering them to make a positive impact in our world. This, of course, mirrors the University of St. Thomas mission, which is why I immediately fell in love with the university. I clearly remember the first day I stepped foot on the campus and was overwhelmed with the amazing energy and excitement. I knew I wanted to share this with others.

I began my role as a gift officer in 2009. As a major gift officer, I have the privilege of meeting and connecting with alumni, parents and friends of the university to hear about their passions and inspire them give back to the university. I am especially excited about our current scholarship initiative, which will make the dream of coming to St. Thomas a reality for students and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to see the impact of generosity.

My husband, Patrick ’97, and I feel blessed to be a part of the St. Thomas community. When I am not on campus, we can be found being active and enjoying the Twin Cities, doing yoga, watching college football (Go, Tommies!), and entertaining friends and family. We also love traveling. We have a young son, Joseph, who is excited to be a Tommie one day.
