Club Sports

Consider joining a club sports team. We have a variety of club sports including Rowing, Lacrosse, Sailing and Volleyball.

The University of St. Thomas club sports program is designed to provide opportunities for students to participate and compete in a variety of sports.

Club Sports are competitive student clubs that compete in their specific sport against other colleges and universities at the club level (non-NCAA). Typically, Club Sports will practice 2-3 times per week, while competing on the weekends.

All Club Sports are required to be aligned with a governing body that helps dictate rules for eligibility, competition and championships.

Intramurals

Compete in a league or get a group together to play volleyball, basketball, touch football or whatever, just for the fun of it.

The Intramurals Department at the University of St. Thomas provides activities and recreational experiences for students, staff, and faculty at the University.

Activities are available for all students, staff, and faculty at the University of St. Thomas if they have a valid St. Thomas ID card and number and they do not play Varsity athletics in the same sport.
